Come savor the flavors of the ocean at JAX Cooking Studio. Seafood is one of the quickest, yet most impressive meals to prepare. The chef will share tips for perfectly searing scallops that will leave your guests thinking that you attended culinary school! We will also make a delicious crab stuffed salmon with a wild mushroom risotto and asparagus. We will finish the afternoon with a beautiful crème bruleè!

Seared Scallops with Herbed Butter Sauce
Pan Seared Crab Stuffed Salmon with Lemon Cream Sauce
Wild Mushroom, Spinach, and Tomato Risotto
Roasted Asparagus with Lemon and Garlic
Crème Bruleè with Fresh Berries

Pricing:
$80 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity: 
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
