An Afternoon in Paris
Sunday, May 1, 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm$45 – $130
Join us for an afternoon reminiscent of sitting in a French bistro enjoying the delightful sights and sounds of Paris. We will use classic French recipes to craft both sweet and savory dishes. Complimentary Mimosas and wine will be served during the cooking experience. Bon appétit!
Parisian Spring Salad – A beautifully composed salad of butter lettuce, radish, fennel, quinoa, and fingerling potatoes with a refreshing Dijon vinaigrette, served with a toasted baguette topped with a luscious creamy herb goat cheese
Croque Madam – a delightful sandwich made of brioche stuffed with gruyere, ham, a soft-fried sunny side up egg, and bechamel sauce
Cream Puffs and Eclairs – we’ll finish on a sweet note by making Pate Choux dough into pastries filled with sweet cream and glazed with rich chocolate ganache
Adults and children 13 or older: $65
Children up to 12 years old with a Registered Adult: $45 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). Adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. If you and your child would like to make your own full recipe, please register for two adult tickets.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
