All About Coffee Desserts

One thing is certain: people from all around the world enjoy coffee! In this class, our pastry chef will teach you to make some popular desserts that infuse coffee into each recipe. Guests will make and take each sweet!

Coffee Mousse with House Made Chantilly
No Bake Espresso Cheesecake
Kahlua and Cream Truffles

Pricing:
Adults: $60
Children 12 years or younger with a Registered Adult: $40 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). For pastry classes, adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity: 
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
