Adult Monday Evening Series – Winter 2026

Join us for a once-weekly, four-week hands-on cooking series designed especially for adults who love to cook—or want to learn to love it! Each week, you’ll explore new techniques, flavors, and recipes while building confidence and creativity in the kitchen. Our professional chef instructors guide you step by step as you practice essential skills, from knife work and sautéing to seasoning and plating.
Every class focuses on a different culinary theme, ensuring you walk away with a complete repertoire of dishes and techniques to impress family and friends. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned home cook, this series offers a fun, social, and delicious way to expand your culinary horizons.
At the end of each session, you’ll sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve prepared—paired with great company, complimentary wine, and plenty of inspiration for your next cooking adventure.

From Scratch Pasta Dough
Spinach and Cheese Ravioli – learn the method to make the traditional pasta “pockets” and fill them with flavor

Har Gow – Steamed shrimp and chive dumpling with soy dipping sauce
Veggie Spring Rolls – Lightly fried spring rolls filled with fresh vegetables and served with sweet chili sauce
Bahn Mi – Vietnamese sandwich of pork meatballs and fresh veggies with a spicy sauce
Mango Sticky Rice – Sweet way to end the class, with fresh mango

Homemade Pizza with Various Toppings and Marinara Sauce – once you learn the basics, you can try endless combinations
Banana Bread – Super Moist with loads of banana flavor
Pretzels with Cheese Sauce – learn to make your own!
February 2, 2026: Greek
Spanakopita – A luscious combination of Greek spinach and feta encased in phyllo and folded into triangles
Pan Seared Lemon Herb Chicken Thighs with Sautéed Mushrooms and Creamy Tzatziki Sauce
Warm Creamy Orzo Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes, Spinach, and Olives
Traditional Baklava – A beloved Greek dessert with layers of flaky phyllo, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, drenched in a honey syrup
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend a cooking series for which you registered, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 21 days before the first day of the series, we will issue you a refund for the amount you paid less the credit card processing fees we encountered. If you provide at least 7 days’ notice, we will attempt to rebook the series, and if we are successful, we will provide you with a credit valid for one year which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the series or if you provide less than 7 days’ notice, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. You are welcome to gift the series to another person, and provide us with the contact information for that person.
Tickets & Gratuity:
All attendees require a ticket.
Each individual ticket is for one person. (Yes – you can cook with your partner(s)!)
The Chef’s Kitchen for 2 is for two people. (See below for details)
Gratuity is not required but appreciated.
Chef’s Kitchen for 2: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the chef’s gas cooktop in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. (If you’re not in the Chef’s Kitchen, you can still cook with your partner at an induction cooktop.)
