A Night of Bourdain’s Favorites

Anthony Bourdain is one of the most beloved culinarians of our time! Know for his sharp tongue and crass attitude, chefs and fans alike have still drawn inspiration from him over the years. Join us in the studio for an evening of fun, cooking some of Bourdain’s most loved dishes! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Dumplings – Described as “pillows of happiness” from Bourdain
Duck Breast a l’Orange
Roasted Cauliflower with Sesame
Do Chua Salad With Herbs, Scallions, Sprouts and Egg
Cheese and Spiced Nuts with Port Reduction

Pricing:
Adults: $70 per person
Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
When a class has sold out of regular tickets, we add two tickets in the Chef’s Kitchen up front. The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. If other guests who purchased tickets for the class are not able to attend at the last minute, the Chef’s Kitchen guests will cook at one of our eight cooking stations, not at the Chef’s Kitchen. The Chef’s Kitchen tickets are offered at a discounted rate in recognition of the flexibility requested of these guests.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
