Creamy Cajun Shrimp and Crab Crostini – Indulge in an irresistible Southern classic dish with a NOLA twist
Big Easy Biscuits and Gravy Topped with Fried Eggs – Flaky from-scratch biscuits smothered with a hearty gravy of andouille sausage, chicken, bell peppers and onions and topped with beautiful fried eggs
Mixed Greens with Avocado Served with Dijon Lemon Vinaigrette

Pricing:
$70: per ticket
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
