The Art of Pairing: Dinner Demonstration & Wine Journey

Join us for an exclusive, intimate dining experience where education meets exquisite taste. You’ll have a front-row seat as our chef guides you through the preparation of a stunning four-course meal, while our culinary team prepares the dishes for you to enjoy immediately at your table.

Menu:

Course 1: Seared Scallops in Herb Butter Sauce
Demo Focus: The secrets to achieving a perfect, golden-brown sear.
Paired With: Crisp, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc

Course 2: Creamy Cajun Shrimp & Crab Crostini
Demo Focus: Building intense flavor with Cajun seasoning and achieving the right creamy texture.
Paired With: A light, versatile Dry Rosé

Course 3 (Main): Chorizo & Manchego Saffron Risotto with Panko Cod
Demo Focus: Mastering the gradual technique for creamy saffron risotto and creating the perfect Panko crust for the cod.
Paired With: Elegant Pinot Noir

Course 4 (Dessert): Chocolate Lava Cake with Kahlua Cream
Demo Focus: Ensuring a decadent, molten center using a ganache core.
Paired With: Rich, intense Port

Tickets & Gratuity:
All attendees require a ticket.
Each individual ticket is for one person.
Gratuity is not required but appreciated.

Age Policies:
All attendees require a ticket.
All attendees must be at least 21 years of age.

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend the class for which you registered, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter or a credit of the class price. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance, we will issue a 1-yr credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful, we will provide you with a 1-yr credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class!

If you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.
