Originating from Louisiana, Creole is a melting pot of French, African, Spanish, and Native American flavors, resulting in bold, aromatic, and delicious dishes. From crab beignets to Cajun smothered pork tenderloin with creamy smashed potatoes and crispy okra and bacon, we’ll finish the night with a classic bread pudding with bourbon sauce. Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
