Indulge in the ultimate brunch experience in our new cooking class! In this luxurious class, you’ll learn to craft a selection of refined brunch dishes that pair perfectly with a glass of bubbly. Learn new techniques and how to balance flavors perfectly with these show stopping recipes. Enjoy champagne, mimosas, and wine during the cooking experience.

Crab Cake with Remoulade and Caviar on a Bed of Greens
Smoked Salmon Benedict with Champagne Hollandaise
Fresh Side Salad of Blueberries, Goat Cheese, Walnuts, and Champagne Vinaigrette
Crispy Oven Roasted  Asparagus with Parmesan and Lemon
Lemon Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting and Fresh Raspberries

Price:
$80 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
