Celebrate the vibrant colors and rich flavors of fall with our Autumn Harvest cooking class. Whether you’re a seasoned vegan chef or new to plant-based cooking, our chef will guide you as you craft plant-powered dishes that capture the essence of the season. Learn to make a vegan version of pot pie from scratch and end the night on a sweet note with a bourbon pumpkin spiced cake. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Autumn Apple Salad with Roasted Butternut Squash, Pecans, Red Onions, “Feta”, and Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Vegan Pot Pie – Loaded with veggies and topped with a flaky, from-scratch biscuit
Pan Seared Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries and Maple Syrup
Bourbon Pumpkin Spiced Cake with Vegan Cream Cheese Icing

Pricing:
$75 per person
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity: Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
