Come and enjoy the delicious Autumn flavors and seasonal ingredients with your sweetheart at JAX Cooking Studio. This class will capture the essence of the fall season. From a fresh harvest salad to a perfectly seared steak to pumpkin risotto, we’ll finish the night on a sweet note with a rustic apple tart. By the end of the evening, you’ll not only have enjoyed a delicious meal but also created lasting memories in the kitchen together. Complimentary wine will be served during your cooking experience.

Fall Harvest Salad – Fresh greens with crisp Autumn apples, smoky bacon, feta, and tangy apple cider vinaigrette
Autumn Spiced Rubbed Seared Steak with a Goat Cheese and Blue Cheese Crust
Pumpkin and Spinach Risotto with Parmesan and Mascarpone
Crispy Oven Roasted Honey Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries and Walnuts
Rustic Apple Tart with House Made Vanilla Chantilly

Pricing:
$85 per ticket
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
