Join us for a culinary journey exploring the best of Southern seafood favorites. Our chef will guide you through the preparation and cooking of some of the South’s most iconic seafood dishes, and introduce you to some lesser-known, but equally delicious seafood recipes. From crab cakes with mango salsa to blackened Mahi Mahi with creole sauce to finishing off the night with bread pudding with a bourbon sauce, you’re going to love what you learn. Complimentary wine will be served during this cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
