In this brunch class we’ll draw inspiration from CA favorites from a fresh avocado and citrus salad to a decadent seafood quiche, and finishing with a coffee cake, you’ll be transported to the west coast in no time. Have fun sipping on mimosas, wine, or coffee during the cooking experience.

California Breakfast Nachos with Guest Made Queso, Bacon, Corn, Tomatoes, and Black Beans
Pacific Seafood Quiche – Filled with shrimp, crab, spinach, and a guest made crust

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
