Head to JAX Cooking Studio for this effervescently exciting class. Here’s a toast to a class where we incorporate sparkling wines into every course, from appetizers to dessert, the bubbles keep flowing. Join us for a fun-filled night where we showcase using bubbly to create delicious dishes. Complimentary wine, sparkling and still, will be served during the cooking experience. Cheers to a fun filled evening!

Melty Strawberry Champagne Baked Brie Served with Toasted Crostini
Pan Seared Scallops with a Champagne Mushroom Cream Sauce
Champagne Risotto with, Asparagus, Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, and Parmesan
Decadent No Bake Champagne Cheesecake with Fresh Berries

Pricing:
$80 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
