Sweet and Savory Doughnuts

Head to JAX Cooking Studio for a fun time making sweet and savory doughnuts from scratch. We will start with the basics of doughnut making, including the proper dough consistency, shaping techniques, and frying or baking methods. From there, we will explore a variety of flavor combinations that incorporate both sweet and savory elements. Guests will make a batch of each type of doughnut. Make some mouthwatering sweet and savory doughnuts and some wonderful memories together! Complimentary mimosas, coffee, and wine will be served during this cooking experience.

Baked Caramel Pretzel Doughnut with Chocolate Glaze, Caramel Drizzle, and Crunchy Pretzel
Savory Bacon, Cheddar, and Herb Baked Doughnut finished with Melted Butter and Bacon Parmesan Sprinkle
Lemon Glazed Yeast Risen Doughnut with Fresh Raspberries Garnish
Chef Demo Glazes– our chef will demonstrate these glazes and make enough for the whole class to utilize- chocolate glaze, lemon glaze, caramel drizzle
Pricing:
$70 per ticket
Kids under 12 should be accompanied by an adult.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
