Come celebrate Valentine’s early and upgrade your night with a plant based menu! Grab your sweetie and best friends and indulge in this decadent and satisfying Valentine’s dinner. This meal will be sure to please your palate, from spinach artichoke tarts and eggplant involtini, to finishing the night with a decadent champagne berry cake! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Spinach, Artichoke, and Onion Tarts with Vegan Cream Cheese
Eggplant Involtini – Eggplant wrapped cashew ricotta, topped with marinara and vegan cheese
Roasted Asparagus with Plant Based Feta and Lemon
Buttery Mashed Potatoes with Garlic Confit and Fresh Herbs
Champagne Cake with Berry Jam Filling and Vegan Buttercream Frosting

$75 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
