Embrace the flavors of the winter season as you create delicious dishes with produce from your local farmer’s market. From a hearty winter salad to a slow roasted chicken with red wine risotto and maple Brussel sprouts, we’ll finish the night with a satisfying cranberry apple crisp. Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or culinary enthusiast, this class promises to inspire and delight your senses. Complimentary wine will be served during this cooking experience.

Farmer’s Fresh Winter Salad with Roasted Beets, Goat Cheese, Walnuts, and Orange Vinaigrette
Herb Roasted Chicken with Carrots, Celery, and Onions
Red Wine Risotto with Mushrooms, Spinach, and Parmesan
Maple Syrup Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Pricing:
$75 per person
Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
