Lasagna with Butternut Squash and Italian Sausage – layers of from-scratch pasta, creamy Béchamel topped with roasted butternut squash, Italian sausage, and melted mozzarella
Fall Harvest Salad – kale, apples, cranberries, pecans, and goat cheese with maple balsamic vinaigrette
No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake with House-made Whipped Cream
Pricing:
$65: per adult and children 14 years or older
$115: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.*
$165: One adult with two children 12 years or younger.*
* Children registered with adults will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
