Cheese, Craft Beer, and Chocolate!
If you have ever wanted to learn to make cheese, this is your chance! Chef Steve Stallone will teach us how cheese is made and guide us in each making mozzarella cheese, some to eat at JAX Cooking Studio and some to take home. We continue our love of cheese by making a baked brie in puff pastry with a complementary jam. Then learn to create an epic cheese board sure to impress your guests! And if this class was not amazing enough already, we will learn about pairing craft beer with cheese and artisan chocolate. Oh my!!!
