Complimentary wine is available to adults during the cooking experience. \nMenu:\nThai Tom Yum Soup – Aromatic soup from Thailand made with coconut milk\nChinese Shrimp Goyza – Steamed shrimp dumplings served with soy dipping sauce\nIndian Samosas – Puffed pastry stuffed with spiced potatoes\, peas\, and onions with tomato chutney\nIndonesian Nasi Goreng – Indonesian fried rice made with shrimp\, chicken\, and topped with an egg \nPricing & Gratuity:\n$80 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket. (Yes–you can cook with your partner(s)!)\n$165 Chef’s Kitchen for 2\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience. \nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. (If you’re not in the Chef’s Kitchen\, you can still cook with your partner.) \nAge Policies:\nAll attendees require a ticket.\nChildren under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.\nChildren 9-11 may register in groups of two or more.\nChildren 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder. \nCancellation Policy:\nIf you are unable to attend the class for which you registered\, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date\, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance\, we will issue a credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice\, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful\, we will provide you with a credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class\, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time\, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. Whether you are preparing your child to fly the nest and want him to learn to make inexpensive\, healthy meals\, or whether you just want to hang out with her in a fun interactive setting\, our Monday evening summer series is for you! \nAges: This series is appropriate for children 12 or older coming alone\, or adults coming with a child 10 or older. \nMenu:\nTom Yum Soup – Aromatic soup from Thailand made with coconut milk\nChinese Shrimp Goyza – Steamed shrimp dumplings served with soy dipping sauce\nIndian Samosas – Puff pastry stuffed with spiced potatoes\, peas\, and onions with house made tomato chutney\nNasi Goreng – Indonesian fried rice made with shrimp\, chicken\, and topped with an egg\nMatcha Chocolate Chip Cookies – Twist on a Japanese favorite! \nPricing:\n$75 per adult\nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nCooking Station Assignments:\nTwo or three people who register together will cook the menu items with each other. Our goal is to have guests do as much as possible in the time allotted given the restrictions of appliances and cooktop space. If you purchase a single adult ticket\, you will be assigned to work at a station with another person who purchases a single ticket. \nEach person (adult and child) will receive enough ingredients to prepare a generous portion of every menu item or one cake per person for cake decorating classes. \nGratuity:\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
