In this fun hands-on class\, you will learn to roll sushi on mat\, to use tempura batter to fry\, and to artfully plate your sushi. With a little practice and our chef’s helpful hints\, you will learn how easy it is to make sushi in your own kitchen! Complimentary wine is served during the cooking experience. \nMenu:\n*Spicy Tuna Mango Avocado Roll — Simple yet delicious spicy tuna with mango and avocado\nKrab Delight Roll — Krab with avocado\, cucumber and cream cheese\, with fish egg on top\n*Salmon Jalapeno Roll — Smoked salmon\, jalapeno\, carrots\, cucumber\, and cream cheese with eel sauce\nTempura Vegetables — Assorted vegetables lightly fried and served with yum yum sauce\nJapanese House Salad — Often served at Hibachi restaurants\, this ginger dressing will be made by guest \nPricing & Gratuity:\n$80 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket.\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience. \nAge Policies:\nChildren under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more. Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder.  \nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nCancellation Policy:\nIf you are unable to attend the class for which you registered\, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date\, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance\, we will issue a credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice\, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful\, we will provide you with a credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class\, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time\, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class! \nIf you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class\, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance\, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered. \n*Made with raw ingredients. Children 14 or older may attend Adult classes if accompanied by someone 21 or older. \nCooking Station Assignments:\nTwo or three people who register together will cook the menu items with each other. Our goal is to have guests do as much as possible in the time allotted given the restrictions of appliances and cooktop space. If you purchase a single adult ticket\, you will be assigned to work at a station with another person who purchases a single ticket.\nEach person (adult and child) will receive enough ingredients to prepare a generous portion of every menu item or one cake per person for cake decorating classes. \nGratuity:\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
