We’ll learn the essential techniques such as proper knife grip\, how to hold and guide the blade\, and various cutting methods to enhance cooking abilities. Feel like a pro in no time! Complimentary wine will be available to adults during the cooking experience. \nMenu:\nEnsalade Verde – Fresh salad started and learn how to make a vinaigrette\nSkillet Chicken Fajitas with Bell Peppers\, Onions\, and Garlic\nGarden Fresh Pico de Gallo – Tomatoes\, onions\, cilantro\, lime juice\nOven Roasted Spanish Potatoes – With paprika\, Manchego\, and chimichurri\nTarta de Manzana – Cinnamon sugar apples wrapped in puff pastry\nRed or White Wine \nTickets & Gratuity:\nAll attendees require a ticket.\nEach individual ticket is for one person. (Yes – you can cook with your partner(s)!)\nThe Chef’s Kitchen for 2 is for two people. (See below for details)\nGratuity is not required but appreciated. \nChef’s Kitchen for 2: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the chef’s gas cooktop in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. (If you’re not in the Chef’s Kitchen\, you can still cook with your partner at an induction cooktop.) \nAge Policies:\nAll attendees require a ticket.\nChildren under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.\nChildren 9-11 may register in groups of two or more.\nChildren 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder. \nCancellation Policy:\nIf you are unable to attend the class for which you registered\, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date\, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter or a credit of the class price. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance\, we will issue a 1-yr credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice\, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful\, we will provide you with a 1-yr credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class\, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time\, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class! \nIf you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class\, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance\, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered. \n

From huevos a la flamenca to patatas bravas and churros\, you’ll create delicious and flavorful dishes as you learn new skills. Enjoy complimentary sangria and Café con leche during the cooking experience. \nMenu:\nHuevos a la Flamenca – A traditional Spanish dish of baked eggs\, chorizo\, and tomato sauce served with crusty bread for dipping\nCroquetas de Jamón y Queso – Creamy ham and cheese croquettes\nTostada de Aguacate – Avocado on crostini topped with prosciutto\nPatatas bravas – Crispy fried potatoes served with spicy tomato sauce and garlic aioli\nChurros con chocolate – Traditional Spanish fried dough pastry dusted with sugar and served with a rich chocolate dipping sauce \nPricing:\n$70: per adult and children 14 years or older\n$125: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.\n$180: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.\nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nAges:\nFamily Classes: Children of any age accompanied by an adult may attend Family cooking classes.\nChild-Only Classes: Children 7 or older may cook without an adult present in our “Kids” classes.\nAdult Classes: Children 16 or older may attend Adult classes with or without an adult. Children 14 or older may attend Adult classes if accompanied by someone 21 or older. \nCooking Station Assignments:\nTwo or three people who register together will cook the menu items with each other. Our goal is to have guests do as much as possible in the time allotted given the restrictions of appliances and cooktop space. If you purchase a single adult ticket\, you will be assigned to work at a station with another person who purchases a single ticket.\nEach person (adult and child) will receive enough ingredients to prepare a generous portion of every menu item or one cake per person for cake decorating classes. \nGratuity:\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
