Complimentary wine will be available to adults during your cooking experience. \nMenu:\nFresh Salad with French Honey Dijon Vinaigrette\nSeared Steak Au Poivre – Pepper crusted steak with creamy brandy sauce\nClassic Ratatouille – Layers of squash\, zucchini\, and eggplant over tomato sauce\nTruffle Potato Puree with Mascarpone\, Butter\, and Fresh Herbs\nApple Tarte Tatin – Caramelized apples with puff pastry \nPricing & Gratuity:\n$85 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket. (Yes–you can cook with your partner(s)!)\n$175 Chef’s Kitchen for 2\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience. \nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice\, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful\, we will provide you with a credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class\, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued.
