Finally\, you’ll finish with the elegant Rum Poached Pears\, a delightful dessert that showcases the beauty of simple ingredients.  \nMenu: \n\nFrench onion soup- A classic French soup with caramelized onions in a rich broth\nSalad nicoise- A vibrant salad featuring tomatoes\, hard-boiled eggs\, olives\, anchovies\, and tuna.\nCroque monsieur- A grilled ham and cheese sandwich with Mornay sauce.\nMornay sauce- A béchamel sauce with cheese added\nRum Poached Pears- Pears poached in a sweet rum syrup\n\nPricing & Gratuity:\n$75 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket.\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience. \nAge Policies:\nChildren under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.\nChildren 9-11 may register in groups of two or more.\nChildren 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder. \nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nCancellation Policy:\nIf you are unable to attend the class for which you registered\, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date\, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance\, we will issue a credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice\, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful\, we will provide you with a credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class\, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time\, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. Bon appétit! \nMenu:\nCroque-Monsieur – Hot ham and cheese sandwich on sourdough bread with Mornay sauce\nHouse Made Side Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette\nCream Puffs\, and Eclairs – We will make Pate Choux\, then fill and glaze our creations with house made pastry cream\nClassic French Crepes – With a sweet toppings bar that includes strawberries\, bananas\, Nutella\, and more! \nPricing:\n$65: per adult and children 14 years or older\n$120: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.\n$175: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.\nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nAges:\nFamily Classes: Children of any age accompanied by an adult may attend Family cooking classes.\nChild-Only Classes: Children 7 or older may cook without an adult present in our “Kids” classes.\nAdult Classes: Children 16 or older may attend Adult classes with or without an adult.
