Discover the bold flavors and techniques of Vietnam’s most popular dishes\, including banh mi sandwiches and summer rolls. Our chef will guide you through each recipe as you enjoy every bite of these fresh ingredients and fun dishes. Whether you are preparing your child to fly the nest and want him to learn to make inexpensive\, healthy meals\, or whether you just want to hang out with her in a fun interactive setting\, our Monday evening summer series is for you! \nAges: This series is appropriate for children 12 or older coming alone\, or adults coming with a child 10 or older. \nMenu:\nPork Meatball Banh Mi Sandwiches – Garnished with cilantro\, carrots\, jalapeno\, cucumbers\, and sriracha mayo\nSummer Rolls – Fresh napa cabbage\, cucumbers\, mango\, herbs\, and rice noodles with sweet chili dipping sauce\nPho — Vietnamese beef and noodle soup and an assortment of toppings\nVietnamese Coffee Brownie – Subtle coffee flavored brownies with whipped Chantilly \nPricing:\n$75: per person\nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nCooking Station Assignments:\nTwo or three people who register together will cook the menu items with each other. Our goal is to have guests do as much as possible in the time allotted given the restrictions of appliances and cooktop space. If you purchase a single adult ticket\, you will be assigned to work at a station with another person who purchases a single ticket. \nEach person (adult and child) will receive enough ingredients to prepare a generous portion of every menu item or one cake per person for cake decorating classes. \nGratuity:\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
