DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate National Sushi Day! If you’re a sushi lover\, you won’t want to miss this class! So\, head to JAX Cooking Studio and learn how to roll your very own sushi! In this fun hands-on class\, you will learn to roll sushi on mat\, to use tempura batter to fry\, and to artfully plate your sushi. With a little practice and our chef’s helpful hints\, you will learn how easy it is to make sushi in your own kitchen! Complimentary wine is served during the cooking experience. \nMenu:\n*Smoked Salmon Roll — Simple yet delicious smoked salmon with cream cheese and cucumber\nCalifornia Roll with Pickled Daikon — Krab\, cucumber\, avocado\, and pickled daikon radish\n*Spicy Tuna Mango Roll — Tuna with mango\, asparagus\, and avocado\, topped with sliced jalapeno & sriracha mayo\nTempura Vegetables — Assorted vegetables lightly fried and served with yum yum sauce\nJapanese House Salad — Often served at Hibachi restaurants\, with a delightful ginger dressing\n*Made with raw ingredients. Consuming raw or undercooked product may increase your risk of food born illness. \nPricing & Gratuity:\n$80 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket.\n$165 Chef’s Kitchen for 2\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience. \nAge Policies:\nChildren under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more. Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder.  \nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nCancellation Policy:\nIf you are unable to attend the class for which you registered\, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date\, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance\, we will issue a credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice\, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful\, we will provide you with a credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class\, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time\, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class! \nIf you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class\, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance\, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered. \n
