Explore the deliciousness of contemporary Mexican cuisine as you prepare a delicious feast akin to the food sold by street vendors of our neighbors to the south. Complimentary wine-based margaritas and wine will be served during the cooking experience! \nMenu:\nPoblano Skillet Queso with House Made Tortilla Chips\nFlank Steak Tacos\nSalsa and Guacamole\nDeconstructed Mexican Street Corn\nCinnamon Churros \nPricing:\nAdults and children over 12 years: $65\nChildren 12 years or younger with a Registered Adult: $55 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult\, please). For pastry classes\, adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes\, adults and children will work together to make their meal.\nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nGratuity:\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
