Complimentary wine and wine-based margaritas will be served. \nMenu:\nPoblano Skillet Queso — Poblano peppers have amazing flavor without too much heat. Served with tortilla chips.\nGuest Made Pico de Gallo and Guacamole\nChicken Chimichangas — Chef’s favorite Mexican dish!\nEsquites — Mexican street corn salad\nTres Leche Cake — Sweet note to finish off the night \n$75 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket. (Yes–you can cook with your partner(s)!)\n$155 Chef’s Kitchen for 2\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience. \nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. (If you’re not in the Chef’s Kitchen\, you can still cook with your partner.) \nAge Policies:\nAll attendees require a ticket.\nChildren under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.\nChildren 9-11 may register in groups of two or more.\nChildren 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder. \nCancellation Policy:\nIf you are unable to attend the class for which you registered\, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date\, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance\, we will issue a credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice\, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful\, we will provide you with a credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class\, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time\, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class! \nIf you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class\, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance\, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.

Served with tortilla chips.\nSopes de Asada – Guest made corn flour shell piled with refried beans\, carne asada\, pico\, and guacamole\nGuest Made Pico de Gallo and Guacamole\nElote – Mexican Street Corn\nHouse Made Cilantro Rice\nFlan \nPricing:\n$70: per adult and children 14 years or older\n$125: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.\n$180: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.\nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nAges:\nFamily Classes: Children of any age accompanied by an adult may attend Family cooking classes.\nChild-Only Classes: Children 7 or older may cook without an adult present in our “Kids” classes.\nAdult Classes: Children 16 or older may attend Adult classes with or without an adult. Children 14 or older may attend Adult classes if accompanied by someone 21 or older. \nCooking Station Assignments:\nTwo or three people who register together will cook the menu items with each other. Our goal is to have guests do as much as possible in the time allotted given the restrictions of appliances and cooktop space. If you purchase a single adult ticket\, you will be assigned to work at a station with another person who purchases a single ticket. \nEach person (adult and child) will receive enough ingredients to prepare a generous portion of every menu item or one cake per person for cake decorating classes. \nGratuity:\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
