Complimentary wine and non-alcoholic mermaid party punch will be served during this event. \nMenu:\nUnder the Sea Fruit Kebobs – Variety of fruit arranged to look like coral reefs\, served with lime honey sauce\nCrabby Sandwiches – Croissant rolls stuffed with crab salad that looks like mermaid’s best friend\nMermaid Mac and Cheese – Everyone’s beloved favorite\, even mermaids\, shell mac and cheese!\nSeashell Sugar Cookies – Sugar cookies made to look like shells\, embellished with royal icing and sprinkles\nMermaid Tail Cupcakes – Under the sea themed cupcakes with a splash from a mermaid’s tail \nPricing & Gratuity:\n$70 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket.\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience. \nAge Policies:\nChildren under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more. Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder.  \nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nCancellation Policy:\nIf you are unable to attend the class for which you registered\, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date\, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance\, we will issue a credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice\, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful\, we will provide you with a credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class\, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time\, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class! \nIf you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class\, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance\, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.

Children 14 or older may attend Adult classes if accompanied by someone 21 or older. \nCooking Station Assignments:\nTwo or three people who register together will cook the menu items with each other. Our goal is to have guests do as much as possible in the time allotted given the restrictions of appliances and cooktop space. If you purchase a single adult ticket\, you will be assigned to work at a station with another person who purchases a single ticket. \nEach person (adult and child) will receive enough ingredients to prepare a generous portion of every menu item or one cake per person for cake decorating classes. \nGratuity:\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
