DESCRIPTION:Our Monday evening Summer Cooking Series for Kids and Teens is the perfect way to get a break from the Florida heat. JAX Cooking Studio is THE place to be on Monday evenings where fun is baked right in! (Adults are optional!) \nJune 22: Macarons: Summer Cooking for Kids and Teens\nIn this baking-focused class\, young bakers learn the techniques behind delicate French macarons. From piping to filling\, kids practice precision\, patience\, and pastry skills while creating delicious\, delicate\, decadent macarons. \nTickets & Gratuity:\nAll attendees require a ticket.\nEach individual ticket is for one person. (Yes – you can cook with your partner(s)!)\nGratuity is not required but appreciated. \nAge Policies:\nAll attendees require a ticket.\nClasses are intended for kids 7-17 years old. Children must be capable of following directions and cooperating with others in the class. \nDietary Restrictions:\nWe’re happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. During the checkout process\, you will be asked to provide any dietary allergies or restrictions. The chefs will prepare your ingredient trays appropriately. Or\, if you have a preferred substitute ingredient\, you’re welcome to bring it with you. \nCancellation Policy:\nIf you are unable to attend the class for which you registered\, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date\, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter or a credit of the class price. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance\, we will issue a 1-yr credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice\, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful\, we will provide you with a 1-yr credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class\, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time\, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class! \nIf you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class\, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance\, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered. \nPOLICIES AND WAIVERS\nWhen you enroll your child in a JAX Cooking Studio session\, you indicate that you have read and accepted the policies\, procedures\, terms and conditions\, and waivers of liability set forth on this page or emailed to you before the start of the camp session. You assert that your child’s participation in the class is voluntary and you knowingly assume all risks associated therewith. This waiver specifically includes any claims made by you arising from the alleged negligent acts of JAX Cooking Studio\, all other members of its cooking studio staff whether contracted or employed\, agents\, and any related parent and/or subsidiary entities. This release shall be binding to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any provision of this release is found to be unenforceable\, the remaining terms shall be enforceable.
