DESCRIPTION:Join us for some culinary fun and some camaraderie as we make some delicious Italian Small Plates. If you’re planning a casual gathering or a sophisticated soiree\, these small plates will impress your guests and transport them to the heart of Italy. Complimentary wine will be served to adults. Buon appetito! \nMenu:\nArancini with Mozzarella and Peas with House-made Marinara Sauce – a true Italian comfort food\nHasselback Caprese Salad – the classic Caprese salad assembled in a beautiful hasselback presentation!\nFlank Steak Pinwheels with Balsamic Glaze Drizzle – rich flavors of Italy combine with juicy flank steak\nProsciutto-Wrapped Asparagus Bundles with Guest-made Lemon-Herb Dipping Sauce\nBaci di Dama Cookies – butter and almonds cookies joined together with chef-made dark chocolate ganache \nPricing:\n$75: per adult and children 10 years or older\n$130: One adult with one child 9 years or younger.\n$185: One adult with two children 9 years or younger.\nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nAges:\nFamily Classes: Children of any age accompanied by an adult may attend Family cooking classes.\nChild-Only Classes: Children 7 or older may cook without an adult present in our “Kids” classes.\nAdult Classes: Children 16 or older may attend Adult classes with or without an adult. Children 14 or older may attend Adult classes if accompanied by someone 21 or older. \nCooking Station Assignments:\nTwo or three people who register together will cook the menu items with each other. Our goal is to have guests do as much as possible in the time allotted given the restrictions of appliances and cooktop space. If you purchase a single adult ticket\, you will be assigned to work at a station with another person who purchases a single ticket.\nEach person (adult and child) will receive enough ingredients to prepare a generous portion of every menu item or one cake per person for cake decorating classes. \nGratuity:\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
