DESCRIPTION:Welcome to our Father’s Day Weekend Brunch Cooking Class! This class is the perfect opportunity to show your dad how much you appreciate him by treating him to a delicious homemade brunch. During this class\, you will learn how to prepare a variety of brunch dishes that are sure to impress. Our experienced chef will guide you through each recipe\, providing helpful tips and techniques along the way. Complimentary mimosas will be served during the cooking experience. \nMenu:\nCheesy Bacon and Corn Fritters – Served with guest made chipotle aioli\nChorizo Frittata – A hearty frittata made with spicy chorizo sausage\, spinach\, and peppers\nFresh Side Salad with Cucumbers\, Tomatoes\, Goat Cheese\, and Champagne Vinaigrette\nSweet Potato Hash with Onions and Fresh Herbs\nBread Pudding with Vanilla Bourbon Sauce – Sweet end to a delightful brunch \nPricing:\n$75 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket\n$155 for Chef’s Kitchen for 2\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience. \nAge Policies:\nChildren under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more. Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder.  \nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. (Alternatively\, when buying individual tickets\, you’ll cook with your partner at an induction cooktop\, and you’ll dine with other guests in the class.) \nCancellation Policy:\nIf you are unable to attend the class for which you registered\, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date\, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance\, we will issue a credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice\, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful\, we will provide you with a credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class\, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time\, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class! \nIf you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class\, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance\, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.

So grab a complimentary mimosa or some coffee and let’s get cooking! \nMenu:\nField Greens with Fresh Strawberries\, Goat Cheese\, Strawberry Vinaigrette\, and Toasted Pecans\nFarmer’s Breakfast Tart–ham\, leek\, eggs and Cheddar on a puff pastry base\, this tart has it all!\nMillion Dollar Bacon–sweet and savory deliciousness\nPound Cake Waffles Topped with Caramelized Peaches and Chef-made Whipped Cream \nPricing:\n$70: per adult and children 14 years or older\n$125: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.\n$180: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.\nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nAges:\nFamily Classes: Children of any age accompanied by an adult may attend Family cooking classes.\nChild-Only Classes: Children 7 or older may cook without an adult present in our “Kids” classes.\nAdult Classes: Children 16 or older may attend Adult classes with or without an adult. Children 14 or older may attend Adult classes if accompanied by someone 21 or older. \nCooking Station Assignments:\nTwo or three people who register together will cook the menu items with each other. Our goal is to have guests do as much as possible in the time allotted given the restrictions of appliances and cooktop space.
