Complimentary mimosas will be available to adults during the cooking experience. \nMenu:\nShaved Brussels Sprouts and Apple Salad with Warm Bacon Vinaigrette\nWinter Squash Frittata with Mushrooms\, Onion\, and Spinach\nFrom Scratch\, Seared Maple-Glazed Pork Sausage\nSpiced Pear Bread Pudding with Bourbon Vanilla Glaze\nMimosas \nTickets & Gratuity:\nAll attendees require a ticket.\nEach individual ticket is for one person. (Yes – you can cook with your partner(s)!)\nThe Chef’s Kitchen for 2 is for two people. (See below for details)\nGratuity is not required but appreciated. \nChef’s Kitchen for 2: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the chef’s gas cooktop in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. (If you’re not in the Chef’s Kitchen\, you can still cook with your partner at an induction cooktop.) \nAge Policies:\nAll attendees require a ticket.\nChildren under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.\nChildren 9-11 may register in groups of two or more.\nChildren 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder. \nCancellation Policy:\nIf you are unable to attend the class for which you registered\, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date\, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter or a credit of the class price. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance\, we will issue a 1-yr credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice\, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful\, we will provide you with a 1-yr credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class\, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time\, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class! \nIf you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class\, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance\, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.
