Join us for a hands-on culinary experience as we explore delicious recipes perfect for brunch gatherings. Using the freshest seasonal ingredients to master cooking techniques that highlight the best flavors of spring\, you’ll be a master chef in no time. Mimosas will be available to adults during the cooking experience. \nMenu:\nAsparagus\, Goat Cheese\, and Mushroom Quiche with Guest Made Pie Crust\nStrawberry Spinach Salad\, Feta Cheese\, Candied Nuts\, and a Poppy Seed Vinaigrette\nMaple Pork Sausage with Fresh Herbs\nLemon Blueberry Pancakes with Lemon Whipped Cream \nTickets & Gratuity:\nAll attendees require a ticket.\nEach individual ticket is for one person. (Yes – you can cook with your partner(s)!)\nThe Chef’s Kitchen for 2 is for two people. (See below for details)\nGratuity is not required but appreciated. \nChef’s Kitchen for 2: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the chef’s gas cooktop in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. (If you’re not in the Chef’s Kitchen\, you can still cook with your partner at an induction cooktop.) \nAge Policies:\nAll attendees require a ticket.\nChildren under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.\nChildren 9-11 may register in groups of two or more.\nChildren 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder. \nDietary Restrictions:\nWe’re happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. During the checkout process\, you will be asked to provide any dietary allergies or restrictions. The chefs will prepare your ingredient trays appropriately. Or\, if you have a preferred substitute ingredient\, you’re welcome to bring it with you. \nCancellation Policy:\nIf you are unable to attend the class for which you registered\, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date\, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter or a credit of the class price. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance\, we will issue a 1-yr credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice\, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful\, we will provide you with a 1-yr credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class\, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time\, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class! \nIf you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class\, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance\, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.
