Grab your family and friends as we create an afternoon of Italian cooking and prove that learning doesn’t stop once you leave school. From the pasta\, to the meat sauce\, to the cheese filling\, our chef will show you how to make each component from scratch to create the ultimate comfort food! You’ll be eating the masterpiece you create for dinner\, so come hungry! Complimentary wine will be served to adults. \nMenu:\nFresh Italian Chopped Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette\nPasta from Scratch – Unlock the secrets of how to make your own pasta\nBolognese Sauce – Learn how easy and delicious it is to make\nRicotta Cheese Filling – With fresh herbs\nClassic Tiramisu – Lady fingers layered with creamy mascarpone \nPricing:\n$70: per adult and children 14 years or older\n$130: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.\n$185: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.\nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nAges:\nFamily Classes: Children of any age accompanied by an adult may attend Family cooking classes.\nChild-Only Classes: Children 7 or older may cook without an adult present in our “Kids” classes.\nAdult Classes: Children 16 or older may attend Adult classes with or without an adult. Children 14 or older may attend Adult classes if accompanied by someone 21 or older. \nCooking Station Assignments:\nTwo or three people who register together will cook the menu items with each other. Our goal is to have guests do as much as possible in the time allotted given the restrictions of appliances and cooktop space. You’ll eat some in the studio and take the rest home to share with your ghosts and goblins. Witches Brew (non-alcoholic) will be flowing.
