DESCRIPTION:Dim Sum\, meaning “snack” in Chinese\, is a meal consisting of small plates including dumplings and spring rolls. Join us for a fun evening learning how to create some Dim Sum favorites. From dumplings to Szechuan eggplant\, you’ll be a pro in no time. Complimentary wine is provided during the cooking experience. \nMenu:\nSiu Mai — flavorful ground pork and shrimp wrapped in a wonton wrapper and steamed\nSalt and Pepper Shrimp — crispy shrimp pan fried with garlic and pepper\nGỏi Cuốn  — Spring rolls veggies wrapped a light rice paper wrapper served with sweet chili sauce\nSzechuan Eggplant — eggplant in a spiced garlic sauce\nFried Rice — traditional preparation; the chef will demo for the class to enjoy with their meal \nPricing: \nAdults: $70 per person\nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nGratuity:  \nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
