DESCRIPTION:Dim Sum\, meaning “snack” in Chinese\, is a meal consisting of small plates such as crispy shrimp and summer rolls. Join us for a fun evening learning how to create some Dim Sum favorites. From dumplings to salt and pepper shrimp\, you’ll be a pro in no time. Complimentary wine is provided during the cooking experience. \nMenu:\nSiu Mai — Flavorful ground pork and shrimp wrapped in a wonton wrapper and steamed\nSpring Rolls — Shallowed fried veggies wrapped in spring rolls with sweet Thai chili sauce\nSalt and Pepper Shrimp — Crispy shrimp pan fried with garlic and pepper\nVegetable Fried Rice — traditional preparation full of veggies \nPricing:\n$65: per adult and children 14 years or older\n$120: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.\n$175: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.\nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nAges:\nFamily Classes: Children of any age accompanied by an adult may attend Family cooking classes.\nChild-Only Classes: Children 7 or older may cook without an adult present in our “Kids” classes.\nAdult Classes: Children 16 or older may attend Adult classes with or without an adult. Children 14 or older may attend Adult classes if accompanied by someone 21 or older. \nCooking Station Assignments:\nTwo or three people who register together will cook the menu items with each other. Our goal is to have guests do as much as possible in the time allotted given the restrictions of appliances and cooktop space. If you purchase a single adult ticket\, you will be assigned to work at a station with another person who purchases a single ticket. \nEach person (adult and child) will receive enough ingredients to prepare a generous portion of every menu item or one cake per person for cake decorating classes. \nGratuity:\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.

Join us for a fun evening learning how to create some Dim Sum favorites. \nMenu:\nJiao Zi (potstickers)\nChar Siu Bao (bbq pork steam buns)\nHar Gow (chive\, garlic\, and shrimp steamed dumplings)\nSpring Rolls (traditional vegetable filling\, fried to perfection)\nHouse Made Fried Rice \nPrice:\n$55 per adult and child over 14.\nBring a child up to age 14 with a Registered Adult for $40. (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult\, please).\nChef’s Kitchen Tickets:\nWhen a class has sold out of regular tickets\, we add two tickets in the Chef’s Kitchen up front. The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. If other guests who purchased tickets for the class are not able to attend at the last minute\, the Chef’s Kitchen guests will cook at one of our eight cooking stations\, not at the Chef’s Kitchen. The Chef’s Kitchen tickets are offered at a discounted rate in recognition of the flexibility requested of these guests.
