DESCRIPTION:Come learn how to make croissants at JAX Cooking Studio! Our pastry chef will teach you to make amazingly versatile laminated dough. Each guest will make their own batch of this multi-layered\, buttery dough dough to take home and use later. In class\, you will use chef-made dough which has rested overnight to practice creating an assortment of croissants and delicious Danish-style pastries to enjoy at home. \nMenu:\nLaminated dough\nCroissants – plain\, ham & cheese\, and chocolate\nBear Claws with almonds and raisins\nCronuts – the perfect marriage between a doughnut and croissant \nPricing:\n$65: per adult and children 14 years or older\n$115: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.*\n$165: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.*\n* Children registered with adults will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes\, adults and children will work together to make their meal.\nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nGratuity:  \nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
