Each week\, you’ll explore new techniques\, flavors\, and recipes while building confidence and creativity in the kitchen. Our professional chef instructors guide you step by step as you practice essential skills\, from knife work and sautéing to seasoning and plating. \nEvery class focuses on a different culinary theme\, ensuring you walk away with a complete repertoire of dishes and techniques to impress family and friends. If you notify us at least 21 days before the first day of the series\, we will issue you a refund for the amount you paid less the credit card processing fees we encountered. If you provide at least 7 days’ notice\, we will attempt to rebook the series\, and if we are successful\, we will provide you with a credit valid for one year which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the series or if you provide less than 7 days’ notice\, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. You are welcome to gift the series to another person\, and provide us with the contact information for that person. \nTickets & Gratuity:\nAll attendees require a ticket.\nEach individual ticket is for one person. (Yes – you can cook with your partner(s)!)\nThe Chef’s Kitchen for 2 is for two people. (See below for details)\nGratuity is not required but appreciated. \nChef’s Kitchen for 2: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the chef’s gas cooktop in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. (If you’re not in the Chef’s Kitchen\, you can still cook with your partner at an induction cooktop.)
