DESCRIPTION:This Independence Day weekend\, join us for a culinary journey celebrating the diverse cultural heritage of people living in the USA. Explore flavors that have been passed down from generations of immigrants as you learn to cook delicious recipes and taste the melting pot of America. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience. \nMenu:\nIndian Somosas with Guest-made Tomato Chutney – a pan-fried pastry filled with spiced potatoes\, onions\, and peas\nKorean Bulgogi – marinated beef that’s sweet\, savory\, and bursting with flavor\nChef-made White Rice\nElote – Mexican Street Corn topped with cotija cheese\, cilantro\, and chili powder\nApple Pie with Guest-made Flaky Pie Dough served with Vanilla Ice Cream – A classic American dessert that originated in England \nPricing:\n$75: per adult and children 14 years or older\n$130: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.\n$185: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.\nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nAges:\nFamily Classes: Children of any age accompanied by an adult may attend Family cooking classes.\nChild-Only Classes: Children 7 or older may cook without an adult present in our “Kids” classes.\nAdult Classes: Children 16 or older may attend Adult classes with or without an adult. Children 14 or older may attend Adult classes if accompanied by someone 21 or older. \nCooking Station Assignments:\nTwo or three people who register together will cook the menu items with each other. Our goal is to have guests do as much as possible in the time allotted given the restrictions of appliances and cooktop space. If you purchase a single adult ticket\, you will be assigned to work at a station with another person who purchases a single ticket. \nEach person (adult and child) will receive enough ingredients to prepare a generous portion of every menu item or one cake per person for cake decorating classes. \nGratuity:\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
