In this vegan cooking class\, we will create a deliciously fragrant chickpea and kale curry\, jollof rice served with daraba\, and finishing with banana akaras. Complimentary wine served during the cooking experience. \nMenu:\nSpicy West African Chickpea and Kale Curry Served with Grill Bread\nOven Roasted Jollof Rice – Made with tomatoes\, onions\, and spices\nDaraba – Stewed okra\, eggplant\, carrots\, and peanut sauce\nBanana Akaras – Banana fritters dusted with powdered sugar \nPricing:\n$70 per adult\nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nGratuity:\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
