We explore cooking techniques that are the foundations for all recipes so directions in the recipes make sense. Complimentary coffee and mimosas will be served during the cooking experience. \nSchedule: Mondays\, 6:30- 9 p.m.: October 30\, November 6\, 13\, 20 \nOctober 30– Flavor Profiles and Knife Skills\nLearn to break down a chicken like a pro\, then use the chicken to create three different meals.\nIndian Butter Chicken Pumpkin Curry with House-made Basmati Rice (half of the breast)\nMoroccan Spiced Chicken with Sweet Potatoes\, Carrots\, and Cauliflower (oven with wings\, thigh\, and drum sticks)\nFrench Chicken with Tarragon Cream Sauce with onions\, garlic\, and mushrooms (half of the breast) \nNovember 6 – Stuffed to Perfection\nApple\, Cranberries\, Goat Cheese\, and Walnut Stuffed Acorn Squash\nBacon Wrapped Sausage and Cheese Stuffed Jalapeños\nFlank Steak Roulade with Balsamic Drizzle – stuffed with spinach\, mozzarella\, and feta\nFrom Scratch Eclairs Filled with Guest-made Whipped Cream with Chef-made Chocolate Ganache \nNovember 13 – Holiday Breads and Desserts\nSnowflake Brioche ¬– buttery brioche beautifully shaped like a snowflake\nPumpkin Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting\nApple Fritters with Sugar Glaze\nSavory Leek Galette with Guest Made Pie Crust \nNovember 20 – Holiday Appetizers\nBaked Brie En Croute with Guest-made Berry Brandy Compote\nSpinach and Artichoke Dip with Crostini\nBacon Wrapped Scallops\nShallow Fried Sausage and Parmesan Arancini with House-made Marinara\nHoliday Chocolate Cake Balls with Peppermint Schnapps Covered in White Chocolate \nPricing:\nAdults: $300 for the entire 4 week series.\nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nCancellation Policy:\nIf you are unable to attend a cooking series for which you registered\, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 21 days before the first day of the series\, we will issue you a refund for the amount you paid less the credit card processing fees we encountered. If you provide at least 7 days’ notice\, we will attempt to rebook the series\, and if we are successful\, we will provide you with a credit valid for one year which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the series or if you provide less than 7 days’ notice\, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. You are welcome to gift the series to another person\, and provide us with the contact information for that person. \nGratuity:\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
