Come with a healthy appetite! \nSchedule: Tuesdays: 9 -11: 30 a.m. January 10\, 17\, 24\, 31\, February 7 \nPasta (January 10)\nFrom Scratch Pasta Dough\nSpinach and Cheese Ravioli\nGuest-Made Linguine\nVodka Sauce\nBolzano Apple Cake with Chef-Made Whipped Cream \nBreads (January 17)\nMargherita Pizza with Chef-Made Marinara Sauce\nSuper Moist Banana Bread\nBraided Brioche Loaf – as beautiful as it is delicious\nPretzels with Guest-Made Cheese Sauce \nBreakfast Foods (January 24)\nClassic Eggs Benedict – learn to poach eggs and make Hollandaise sauce\nFrittata with Garden Fresh Vegetables\nGuest-made Chicken Sausage\nCinnamon Rolls with Chef-Made Cream Cheese Frosting \nFlavor Profiles (January 31)\nFrench – Seared Steak and Gorgonzola Cream Sauce\nTropical – Hawaiian Pork Stir Fry\nIndian – Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani) – curry chicken with a rich spiced tomato and butter sauce \nBaking (February 7)\nMixed Berry Cobbler with Streusel Topping\nItalian Cream Cupcakes with a White Chocolate Amaretto Center and Frosted with Almond Buttercream\nLemon Meringue Tart\nClassic Crème Brulée\nGoat Cheese Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Quiche with Guest-Made Pie Dough \nPricing:\nAdults: $350 for the entire 5 week series.\nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.\n\nCancellation Policy:\nIf you are unable to attend a cooking series for which you registered\, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 21 days before the first day of the series\, we will issue you a refund for the amount you paid less the credit card processing fees we encountered. If you provide at least 7 days’ notice\, we will attempt to rebook the series\, and if we are successful\, we will provide you with a credit valid for one year which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the series or if you provide less than 7 days’ notice\, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. You are welcome to gift the series to another person\, and provide us with the contact information for that person. \nGratuity:\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
