We will practice piping frosting in different designs\, including roses and borders. Each guest will bake a two layer 6″ cake\, but during class\, you will learn to decorate using pre-made cake layers which have been thoroughly cooled and ready to be frosted. Your group’s work in the kitchen is rewarded by a communal meal of the food they’ve cooked. \nOUR 2.5 HOUR COOKING EXPERIENCES INCLUDE\n• Chef-led instruction and hands-on cooking by guests\n• You choose the menu\n• Recipes to take home.\n• Complimentary wine.\n• Iced tap water.\n• Use of JAX Cooking Studio aprons. \nOPTIONAL ADD-ONS TO ANY EVENT\n• Top Chef type cooking challenge (includes free gift to each member of the winning team): $100\n• Vegan menu per person: $12\n• Purchase JAX Cooking Studio aprons: $30 each\n• House-made three-layer 6” cake (serves 12 people): $95\n• Grazing Board (5 people): $65 \nPAYMENT TERMS FOR ALL SPECIAL EVENTS\n• Deposit: 50% of minimum charge due at time of booking.\n• Final guest count: due seven days before event and may not be reduced.\n• Balance due: collected at the event.\n• Menu selections: due 14 days before event.\n• If event is canceled at least 30 days prior to event date\, a store credit valid for one year will be issued.
