Opa! \nMenu:\nSpanakopita – a luscious combination of Greek spinach and feta encased in phyllo and folded into triangles\nClassic Greek Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette –no Greek meal is complete without a refreshing Greek Salad\nSouvlaki – chunks of chicken marinated in lemon\, garlic\, oregano\, and olive oil oven-roasted and served with house-made pita bread\nTzatziki Sauce – a tangy creamy yogurt\, cucumber\, and dill sauce to accompany your souvlaki\nTraditional Baklava – a beloved Greek dessert with layers of flaky phyllo\, chopped walnuts\, cinnamon\, drenched in a honey syrup \nPricing:\n$70: per adult and children 14 years or older\n$125: One adult with one child 13 years or younger.\n$180: One adult with two children 13 years or younger.\nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nAges:\nFamily Classes: Children of any age accompanied by an adult may attend Family cooking classes.\nChild-Only Classes: Children 7 or older may cook without an adult present in our “Kids” classes.\nAdult Classes: Children 16 or older may attend Adult classes with or without an adult. Children 14 or older may attend Adult classes if accompanied by someone 21 or older. \nCooking Station Assignments:\nTwo or three people who register together will cook the menu items with each other. Our goal is to have guests do as much as possible in the time allotted given the restrictions of appliances and cooktop space. If you purchase a single adult ticket\, you will be assigned to work at a station with another person who purchases a single ticket.\nEach person (adult and child) will receive enough ingredients to prepare a generous portion of every menu item or one cake per person for cake decorating classes. \nGratuity:\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.

Birthday parties on weekdays must start no later than 3 p.m. \nAnother option is to book a block of tickets in one of our family cooking classes. In that instance\, we assign your group to cook at nearby cooking stations and we seat you all together at your own table.
