We’ll start with a Scotch egg\, it might not be of Irish origin\, but you’ll be dancing like a Leprechaun with this appetizer! Then you’ll feel like you found a pot of gold after learning to cook a proper Beef Wellington. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience. \nMenu:\nScotch Egg – Egg wrapped in sausage and lightly fried\, served with whole grain mustard aioli\nClassic Beef Wellington – Seared filet wrapped in mushroom puree and puff pastry\nRoasted Vegetable Medley – Veggies with garlic and fresh herbs\nCreamy Dill and Garlic Whipped Potatoes – Perfect side for your Wellington\nBailey’s Irish Cream No Bake Cheesecake with Chocolate Drizzle – Decadent end to the lucky night \nPricing & Gratuity:\n$100 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket.\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience. \nAge Policies:\nChildren under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more. Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder.  \nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nCancellation Policy:\nIf you are unable to attend the class for which you registered\, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date\, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance\, we will issue a credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice\, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful\, we will provide you with a credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class\, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time\, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class! \nIf you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class\, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance\, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.
