If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date\, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance\, we will issue a credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice\, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful\, we will provide you with a credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class\, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time\, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class! \nIf you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class\, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance\, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.
