DESCRIPTION:In this fun and delicious class\, you’ll learn to create a complete meal that starts with a flavorful appetizer\, showcases gourmet plant based pizza as the star\, and ends with a sweet note. Master the techniques for crafting pizza dough from scratch\, blending dairy-free cheeses\, and building unique flavor combinations with fresh ingredients. We’ll be crafting an butternut squash and vegan chorizo pizza with all the fixings. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience. \nMenu: \nItalian Stuffed Mushrooms with Spinach\, Sundried Tomatoes\, and Vegan Cheese on Bed of Greens\nPizza Dough from Scratch – Learn the tips and tricks to making the perfect pizza dough\nPizza Base and Toppings – Vegan herbed cream cheese\, vegan chorizo\, butternut squash\, onions\, and more\nFresh Side Salad of Shaved Fennel\, Oranges\, Olives\, Pine Nuts\, and Lemon Vinaigrette\nWine Poached Pears with Pistachios\, Served over Vegan Ice Cream \nPricing & Gratuity:\n$75 per ticket – all attendees require a ticket.\nLeaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience. \nAge Policies:\nChildren under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more. Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder.  \nChef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however\, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen\, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. \nCancellation Policy:\nIf you are unable to attend the class for which you registered\, please inform us as soon as possible. If you notify us at least 7 days before the class date\, we will issue you a full refund of the class price less the cost of the credit card processing fees we encounter. If you notify us at least 5 days in advance\, we will issue a credit for a future class. If you are not able to provide 5 days’ notice\, we will attempt to rebook the class. If we are successful\, we will provide you with a credit which you may use on future classes. If we are not able to rebook the class\, we regret that no refund or store credit will be issued. By that time\, we will have committed staff and resources and purchased food based on our confirmed bookings. We hope you will make someone very happy by gifting your cooking class! \nIf you purchase 6 or more tickets for a single class\, we require a 30-day notice before the class date to cancel that reservation. In that instance\, we will issue you a credit valid for one year. No credit card refunds will be offered.
