Treat yourself to a delicious multi-course interactive dining experience! Our chefs have selected some of their favorite dishes and will utilize only the best seasonal ingredients in crafting a meal you will not soon forget. And Certified Sommelier Kara Joseph will expertly pair wine with each course and explain the nuances of the wine that make it the perfect complement for the dish.
Guests are encouraged to come to the “Chef’s Table,” for an up close and personal conversation with the chefs where you can ask questions, take pictures, and get to know the Chefs. The chefs will explain and demonstrate how to prepare the dishes you be enjoying as they entertain you with their tips and anecdotes.
Seating at JAX Cooking Studio is communal, offering guests the opportunity to connect with fellow food enthusiasts. Come as a couple and leave having met new friends!
The price of your ticket ($100 per person) includes: the food menu for that evening, five tastings of wine paired with the menu by the sommelier, bread service, and coffee service.
