Make something that your special someone will surely love! Certified Pastry Chef Christi will teach us to make a variety of truffles and other delectable chocolate masterpieces. We will learn to temper chocolate and understand the importance of doing this. We will make ganache and how to shape and give our truffles various coatings. We will also make a healthier version of one truffle, using oats and a little butter instead of cream, so we can taste the difference between a traditional truffle and a more healthy version.
Each person takes home an assortment of chocolates to enjoy and share.
